At Shaheen Bagh in Dehradun, Rashi and Ayush’s wedding found its character in the garden itself. Layered greenery, delicate white flowers and touches of pink framed a celebration that felt soft, intimate and full of life. BnB Weddings planned and designed the setting, with The Wedding Conteurs capturing the couple and the moments around them.

A garden setting, thoughtfully framed

The mandap brought structure to the lawn without enclosing it. White fabric wrapped its frame, while foliage and pink blooms traced the edges. Within it, long floral strings formed a light curtain against the trees, and chandeliers added a warm glow. The effect was detailed yet open, keeping the garden visible around the ceremony.

Rashi’s ivory ensemble and Ayush’s pale pink accents sat naturally within this palette. Their seated portrait beneath the floral canopy is the centre of this collection: a quiet exchange of smiles, surrounded by the flowers and greenery that defined the day.

The people within the celebration

Alongside the ceremony setting, the photographs capture the wedding’s more spontaneous moments. Rashi’s entrance through the garden, accompanied by her friends, brings movement and colour to the story. A playful kalire moment shows another side of the day, with friends gathered close and laughter taking over.

These are the images that give the design its meaning. The flowers and chandeliers create the frame, while the couple and the people around them make the celebration their own. Across the portraits and wider views, the same gentle colours connect the gathering without drawing attention away from it.
