We begin with a casual (but detailed!) chat to get to know you. What’s your wedding style? Minimal, royal, boho, quirky, traditional, something wild? Share your Pinterest boards, inspiration images, colours you love (or hate!)—we’re all ears.

Curating the Mood Board

Based on your ideas, we create a mood board that visually represents the look and feel of your wedding—from florals and colours to stage setups and table styling. This becomes our visual reference point as we move forward.

Budget Alignment

Before we get too dreamy, we’ll discuss your budget and suggest design options that balance style and spend beautifully. No surprises—just smart, stylish planning.

Custom Design Planning

Once the vision is locked in, we get to designing every detail—mandap, entrances, seating, backdrops, signage, lounges—you name it. Every element is tailored to suit your vibe and venue.

On-Ground Execution
